Residential retreats take place in healthy places, if possible in contact with nature. The intent is to carve out a minimum of 3 days to “get away” from the typical chaos of normal working days and dedicate time to body and soul.

Qigong

We start from the body to perceive our energy, rebalance its flow and strengthen the immune system.

Meditation

We experience a quieter mind, able to observe what is happening inside us with joy and stillness.

The energy of nature

Surrounded by centuries-old trees and breathtaking valleys, we will harmonize our Chi with nature's.

Rebalance the polarities of Yin and Yang

The pulsations of Yin and Yang mark our life constantly and have always done it. These are the basic polarities through which our Original Spirit polarized in matter and in the physical body, creating the person we are today.

A process that continues in every moment and that in fact changes the person we are in every moment. When this dance leads to extremes of polarity we may experience a predominance of fire, or a shortage of water, or even the many possible manifestations in between. We are always looking for this balance and we continuously experience the imbalance that emotions and hectic life often cause to our energy.

We will learn to rebalance this “dance” and to favor an harmonious pulsation of Yin and Yang. We will alchemically mix these energies of Water and Fire and we will open the door to our Original Energy. We will begin to heal ourselves physically, emotionally and why not, spiritually.

What will we learn

In this seminar we will dedicate ourselves for a few days to qigong, meditation and listening. Scroll to the bottom of the page for details and the planned “agenda”.

Wuji Qigong and Water and Fire Qigong

We rebalance Yin and Yang, amplifying the pulse and mixing water and fire (Kan and Li). The steam generated will nourish the organs and circulating in the meridians will rebalance the entire body. Other specific qigong movements will help the flow of this energy throughout the body and strengthen your immune system.

Sitting Meditation

We will help the mind to calm down. We will learn to focus attention on the present moment and observe what is happening inside us. We will realize how much peace we have when we stop trying. We will experience what it means to listen inside and outside of us with joy and tranquillity. And we will take advantage of the magic of silence.

Soul, self, personality and meditation

In moments of dialogue with the teacher we will address some important concepts according to the Taoist tradition. why do we do what we do? Why meditate, do qigong? We will discover together that we do what we have always done and rediscovering this inner dialogue will help us better understand who we are, where we come from and where we are going.

We will be guests in a very beautiful place that I recently discovered. This time not in the marvelous lands of Romagna or Tuscany, but in the equally splendid Umbria.

The Casa della Pace seems like a truly enchanting place. Their attention to “silence” is very encouraging and we just have to experience the energy of the place and the people who take care of it. You can find further information and photos on their website which can be reached HERE where you will also discover some of their recipes that suggest great attention and care to the vegetarian food they will offer us. In short, as good Taoists we will eat well!

Services included

All non-single accommodations obviously provide for the accommodation of men / men and women / women.
The price includes:

4 days of teaching and practice with Cristiano Palazzini
4 days of food (full board with quality vegetarian cuisine – see their website) and accommodation based on the chosen accommodation
Nr. 1 month of online access to the recording of the seminar on Soul Healing Practice (later it will be possible to register or purchase it individually)
Nr. 1 month of online access to Tuesday and Thursday evening classes on Soul Healing Practice

What to bring
  1. Comfortable clothing that does not constrict the belly
  2. Sneakers or socks for use in the meditation room
  3. Shoes for outdoor use only for outdoor qigong and forest walks
  4. Sweatshirt, sweater and blanket to put on the shoulders during meditation
  5. Meditation cushion if you are used to practicing on the ground or personal mat (the structure still provides the necessary equipment in the meditation room)

“What a discovery Qigong”

I struggle a bit with meditation but Qigong has been a real discovery. The mind settles down and energy rises. Especially if I practice early in the morning, before breakfast and before going about my day.

“A Quiet Mind?”

I started practicing Qigong with Cristiano several years ago. I always thought I wouldn't be able to "calm my mind" but over time I realized that I had already done it and ended the meditation more energized and calmer.
